Shannon Chambers is the heart behind Needlepoint & Co and a lifelong lover of all things creative. What began as a personal passion for needlepoint grew into a dream of creating a welcoming space where stitchers of all levels could feel inspired, supported, and excited about their work.
With over 25 years of experience in retail—spanning leadership, buying, store operations, and e-commerce—Shannon brings a unique blend of creativity and industry expertise to the shop. Her background shapes a thoughtful, customer-focused approach to everything from product selection to the in-store experience.
