The price of the canvas is for the canvas only, unless it is identified as a “kit.” If you would like threads chosen for your canvas, they are an additional charge that will be invoiced at a later time.

“Kit this” means we will select the threads for your canvas! You can select your favorite thread option or for Needlepoint and Co to choose for you, which means we pick our favorite fibers that could include a mix of specialty fibers. The threads will be an additional charge that will be invoiced to you separately. This charge is not included in your initial canvas cost.

A canvas labeled "preorder" means that canvas is not in stock. After we receive your order, we reach out to the designer and order it for you. You are charged at the time of purchase for the canvas. The wait time for an item that is not in stock and labeled as a “preorder” may take anywhere from one to six months, usually averaging 2-3 months.

If you need to cancel, please reach out to us at info@needlepointandco.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

We can preorder it for you! Send us an email with a picture/link and we will do our best to get it in stock for you.

At this time, we can’t accommodate order add ons. Please place an additional order - it’s free shipping!

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business daWe are currently on a 5-10 business day turnaround. This is subject to change due to sales and volume. We are a small business but strive to get your packages to you quickly!

Please allow 2 business days for the package to show up before reaching out to us.

Yes! Please select “Pick Up” at checkout. We will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick up.

Returns & Refunds

Yes! Please send unopened/unused items back to us at 626 Congaree Road, Unit 1, Greenville, SC , 29607. Please include your name and order number. We will issue a refund once we receive and process the return. 

We are so sorry about that! Please email us here or at info@needlepointandco.com with your order number and the items that are missing/damaged and we will get the correct items sent asap.
